Perfect for those wanting to unplug and recharge.
This floor based class is gentle and embraces a slow pace.
A fusion of floor based Yin and Restorative poses are held for between 5-10 minutes, allowing your body and mind to rest deeply and heal.
Bolsters, blankets and blocks are used to support and cocoon you.
