    REST AT THE NEST

    Perfect for those wanting to relax and reset after the weekend.

    This floor based class is gentle and embraces a slower pace.

    A fusion of Yin and Restorative poses are held for between 5-10 minutes, allowing your body and mind to deeply rest, release and restore.

    Props, blankets and cushions are used to support and cocoon you.

    Abbie’s gentle touch is used to soften the body further and work with the subtle energy body.

    BREATHE AND GROUND

    Due to popular demand we have reintroduce a breathwork focused class.

    Seb will guide us through a series of deep breathwork practices to settle our nervous systems and prepare our bodies for deep relaxation in restorative poses. To cocoon and support us further we will use all the props, cosy cushions and blankets available at The Nest.

    This class is suitable for everyone.
