This class is perfect for those with limited mobility, pain or injury but who can get up and down from the floor independently.
A slow and steady class featuring standing and seated postures using props to support.
Moving through a series of gentle movements connecting your breath to your body, promoting relaxation, balance and mobility.

Each class has a different theme which allows you to deepen your understanding of yoga on a practical and theoretical level. Typical themes could include: back-bends, balances, hip openings or hamstring stretches.
Alignment is explained clearly and when necessary broken down, step by step.
This class will meet you where you are, challenging both beginners and experienced yogis.
