Join Abbie and Huw for a soul soothing morning designed to leave you feeling calm, connected and nourished from the inside out.

Abbie will lead you through a gentle yoga session to awaken your body and mind.

Then settle in for a summer brunch lovingly prepared by Huw. Think seasonal summer salads, dips to die for, tea and treats to tantalise your tastebuds.

Finish with an optional walk along the river to soak in the smells of summer and let everything settle.
