This is a blend of Restorative Yoga and Reiki.

Relax in supportive poses whilst Reiki is used to drop you into a deep state of rest.

Reiki is a technique which works with your energy, supporting the natural healing ability of your body.

Gentle touch is applied to your head, shoulders, legs and feet. Guiding your life-force energy to flow back into balance and settling your nervous system.
